Upgrading Slums For Better Cities: Ghana

I lived in Ghana, have a brother who was born in Accra, played football (soccer) in dirty streets and fields. Ghanaians are resilient and extremely resourceful, yet like the rest of us, one of every three living in a city live in slums.  Ghana has reduced its slums by 20% in the past decade through an innovative upgrade program.
